Get Out of Life Exactly What You Wish

Week Twenty-four of The Master Key System is very metaphysical. It is meant by Charles F. Haanel to tie things together in a neat bundle.

It’s also meant to be a send-off of sorts.

It’s meant to be the final word.

It is, in fact, all of those.

And more.

Here is a wonderful line from the Letter of Transmittal.

If you have practiced each of the exercises a few minutes every day, as suggested, you will have found that you can get out of life exactly what you wish by first putting into life that which you wish, and you will probably agree with the student who said: “The thought is almost overwhelming, so vast, so available, so definite, so reasonable, and so usable.”

Let’s repeat that again.

“You can get out of life exactly what you wish by first putting into life that which you wish.”

Those are powerful words.

As you know, you have to give to get. You have to engage in life. You have to grab the proverbial bull by the proverbial horns.

You do that by thinking — truly thinking — and taking opportunities as you become aware of them.

Mr. Haanel continued in his Letter of Transmittal for Week Twenty-four.

An understanding of this principle, I believe, is the secret for which the ancient Alchemists vainly sought, because it explains how gold in the mind may be transmuted into gold in the heart and in the hand.

You have something to offer.

You are in possession of the greatest treasure in the Universe.

You only need to unlock it and allow it to grow.

When you do …

[Y]ou may reach degrees of power to which it is impossible to assign any limit.

You are a very powerful being.

More than you even know.

You can — and will — accomplish great things.

You truly are an alchemist, transmuting thoughts into “gold.”

Go and make your magic!

It’s not really magic, it just seems like it because you’re so awesome!
